This smoothie is a great source of protein for vegans, and is super tasty as well! I recommend drinking it right away—otherwise, the chia seeds will make it very thick.
1 C. of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (I like Almond Breeze)
1 tablespoon of hemp protein
2 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
1 Tsp of flax seeds
1 Tsp of shredded unsweetened coconut
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 cup of Ice cubes
Blend on high speed and enjoy!
